आगे भगवान ने कहा - मैं वेदों में सामवेद, देवताओं में इन्द्र, इन्द्रियों में मन और प्राणियों में चेतना (प्राणशक्ति) हूँ। सामवेद की ऋचाओं में संगीत बनकर मैं ही बैठा हूँ। मधुर संगीत की स्वर लहरियाँ जो तुम्हारे कानों में रस घोल रही है, वह माधुर्य भी मेरे से ही आ रहा है। समस्त इन्द्रियों में मन प्रमुख है, मन के साथ दिये बिना कोई भी इन्द्रिय काम नहीं करती। भगवान कहते हैं वह मन मैं ही हूँ और समस्त जीवों में जो चेतना है, वह भी मेरी उपस्थिति से ही है।

Further God said - I am Samaveda among Vedas, Indra among gods, mind among senses and consciousness (life force) among living beings. I am sitting in the hymns of Samveda as music. The sound waves of sweet music that is dissolving the juice in your ears, that melody is also coming from me. The mind is the most important of all the senses, without the help of the mind, no sense organ works. God says that mind is me and the consciousness that is there in all living beings is also due to my presence.
